Overview

There aren't many WRs in the world who can dominate in the short, medium and long passing game - but Jeudy appears to be one of them. The Alabama star is a precise route runner, has explosive speed, and excellent hands. Jeudy put up consist production against college football's top competition and is one of the safest and most NFL-ready prospects in the draft. It would surprise me if Jeudy is considered among the best WRs in the NFL a few years from now.

Jerry Jeudy Scouting Report

vs. Michigan 2019 Citrus Bowl

  • IMPACT player
  • Precise route runner - very crisp, fluid, almost robotic (in a good way) routes
  • Explosive speed/quickness
  • Generally effective and willing blocker
  • I see some Dez Bryant in his game
  • Catches ball with his hands
  • No issues beating coverage deep (or really at any level for that matter)
  • Multi-dimensional WR - active in short, medium, and long pass game
  • Breakaway speed

vs. Auburn 2019

  • Saw some action in slot - versatile player
  • Impressive blocking performance
  • NFL - ready
  • Outside of one drop, hands looked great - had one grab in middle of field, took a big hit, but was able to hang on
  • Type of player you want with you, not against you
  • Complete WR - does seemingly everything very well
  • Very impressed by ability to excel on all levels of the field, not many possession and deep ball WRs exist.

vs. LSU 2019

  • Route running is next level
  • Excellent hands - snatches ball right out of the air
  • Special player
  • Top 10 all day

Best Team Fits

  • Redskins: Haskins needs a stud WR to pair with McLaurin - Jeudy is the definition of a stud WR.
  • Giants: The Giants were not the same without OBJ - adding a WR of Jeudy's caliber would not only help Daniel Jones but also open up lanes for Saquon.
  • Raiders: Perhaps no team in the NFL needs a WR1 more than the Raiders - Jeudy should be one their top draft day targets.
  • Cardinals: Can you image how awesome (and fantasy football relevant) Jeudy would be in the Kingsbury/Kyler offense.
